Mt St John, then and now

Here's some old and recent pictures of Mt. St. John. They do a good job, I think, of conveying the feel of the site.
This is an old map of MSJ. The Grotto is on the map, along with St. Anne's, which is pictured below. Note the "parking for pilgrimages," along with the swimming pool, barn, and chicken house. This image is from 1954.

An aerial photo of the property. This is from the '60s I think. Note the baseball diamond. The large building on the left in the photo is now gone.
German Marianist prayer book printed in Dayton.
This is the old chapel in the administration building. There is an article in the Marianist Periodical Apostle of Mary that describes a redecoration that took place prior to when this picture was taken. This chapel was torn down with the administration building.
This is St. Anne's, one of the original buildings from MSJ. It is now the Novitiate.
 Graveyard with neat-looking chapel.
 More St. Anne's

This is the view from outside of St. Anne's. I wonder what might have been visible in the teens in Dayton from here. Might have there been smoke? Noise?
